DESCRIPTION: This 87± acre timber and recreation tract is located near the city of Huntington in Angelina County, Texas. Approximately 61 acres are well stocked with young, 2± year old loblolly pine plantation. The remaining acreage contains naturally regenerated stands of pine. The property is an excellent recreation tract with potential for a hunting retreat. Angelina National Forest lies just south of the tract with Sam Rayburn Reservoir less than three miles to the east. Access is provided by Lloyd Walker Road  along the north property line.

LOCATION: From FM 2801 and FM 2109, head north on FM 2109 for 0.4± mile to Don Ivy road on the left. Proceed 0.9± miles west on Don Ivy Road to Martin Cochran Road and continue straight on Martin Cochran Road 1.1± miles to Lloyd Walker Road on the left and head south 1.1± miles to the tract on the left.
