DESCRIPTION: This 67± acre timber and recreation tract is located in Beauregard Parish just south of the town of Longville. There is excellent access from Jordan-DeVille Road which runs along the east boundary. An estimated 32± acres of the tract is well-stocked with an 11± year old loblolly pine plantation. 20± acres contain a 43± year old stand of slash pine plantation. There is an estimated volume of 651± tons of pine and hardwood sawtimber and 603± tons of pine and hardwood pulpwood on the tract. Thompson Creek runs through the eastern portion of the tract. The property is an excellent timber investment opportunity with the potential for homesites separated by Parish roads running through the tract.

LOCATION: Begin in the community of Longville, in eastern Beauregard Parish at the intersection of Hwys. 190 & 171 and Hwy. 110. Travel east on Longville Road (Hwy. 110) 0.6± mile to the intersection with Jordan-DeVille Road. Go south on Jordan-Deville Road for 0.9± mile to the northwest corner of the tract.
