DESCRIPTION: This 39± acre timber and recreation tract is located in Beauregard Parish, 10± miles from the town of Longville. There is excellent access from Longville Road to the northwest corner of the property. 15± acres of the property are well-stocked with a 22± year old slash pine plantation. 20± acres contain a natural regeneration of 25± year old hardwoods. There is an estimated volume of 1,048± tons of pine and hardwood sawtimber, 214± tons of pine chip and saw and 1,637± tons of pine and hardwood pulpwood on the tract. Dry Creek runs along the southern property line of the property.

LOCATION: Beginning in the community of Dry Creek, in southeastern Beauregard Parish, from the intersection of Hwys. 113 & 394, travel south on Hwy. 113 for 1.3± miles to the intersection with Longville Road. Turn right (west) on Longville Road and follow Longville Road for 4.5± miles to the tract on the left side of the road.
