DESCRIPTION: This 85± acre timber and recreation tract is located in Beauregard Parish, approximately 10± miles from the town of DeRidder, along the northeast shoreline of Bundick Lake. Auction Property #27 lies 3± miles north. There is excellent access from Emory Landing Road which runs through the western portion of the tract. An estimated 68± acres of the property has been recently harvested and replanted. The remaining acreage is well-stocked with 60± year old hardwood regeneration.

LOCATION: Beginning east of the city of DeRidder, at the intersection of Hwys. 171 & 26, go east on Hwy. 26 for 8± miles to Hwy. 1147. Turn right (south) on Hwy. 1147 and travel 1.8± miles to intersection with Hopewell Crossing Road. Turn right and continue south on Hopewell Crossing Road for 0.6± mile to intersection with Emory Landing Road (Parish Road 291). Turn left and go 0.2± mile on Emory Landing Road to the property on both sides of the road.
