tract is located in Allen Parish near the small community of Dry
Creek. The town of Kinder is within 15± miles. The property
has access from Carpenters Bridge Road, which is along the northeast
corner of the tract. The property lies approximately 5± miles
northeast of Auction Property #23. The property is well-stocked
with 45± acres of 22± year old loblolly pine plantation
and 34± acres of 19± year old naturally regenerated
hardwoods. There is an estimated volume of 3,192± tons of
pine and hardwood sawtimber, 989± tons of pine chip and saw
and 3,376± tons of pine and hardwood pulpwood. Bundick Creek
runs along the southwest corner of the tract.
LOCATION: Beginning in the community of Dry Creek, in southeastern
Beauregard Parish, from the intersection of Hwys. 113 & 394,
go south on Hwy. 113 for 0.2± mile to the intersection with
Morrow Bridge Road. Turn left (east) on Morrow Bridge Road and go
2.8± miles to intersection with Parish Road 260 (Walter Singleton
Road). Turn right at intersection, and follow Walter Singleton Road
with numerous turns for approximately 3.0 miles to intersection
with Carpenters Bridge Road. Turn right (south) on Carpenters Bridge
Road and go 0.2± mile to northeast corner of tract. Property
is on the right side of the road. There is a locked gate. Call the
