DESCRIPTION: This 319± acre timber and recreation tract is located in Liberty County, approximately one mile east of the town of Cleveland. There is excellent access from FM 787 which runs along the north boundary of the tract. The Cleveland Airport lies one mile east. There is an estimated volume of 11,061± tons of pine and hardwood sawtimber, 122± tons of pine chip and saw and 7,088± tons of pine and hardwood pulpwood on the tract. The property is well-stocked with 271± acres of 19± year old loblolly pine plantation and 29± acres of a 72± year old stand of naturally regenerated pine and hardwoods. Approximately 10± acres of the tract is in a non-timber production classification.

LOCATION: Starting in the city of Cleveland, at the intersection of Hwy. 59 and Hwy. 105, travel east and follow Hwy. 105 for 1.1± mile to FM 787. Turn left (east) on FM 787 and go 3.2± miles to the property on the right side of the road. There is a locked gate. Call the Information Office for the gate combination.
