DESCRIPTION: This 113± acre timber and recreation tract is located in Liberty County near Daisetta. The town of Liberty is within 10± miles of the property. The property has access from County Road 2018 which runs through the northeast corner. Oakdale Cemetery lies in the middle of the tract and shows as an outparcel, and is not included in the sale. The property is well-stocked with 75± year old natural regeneration of pine and hardwoods. There is an estimated volume of 1,700± tons of pine and hardwood sawtimber, 91± tons of pine chip and saw and 1,005± tons of pine and hardwood pulpwood. Long Island Creek runs through the middle of the tract.

LOCATION: Starting in the community of Raywood, at the intersection of Hwys. 90 and FM 770, go north on FM 770 for 3.8± miles. Turn right (east) on County Road 2018 and follow CR 2018 0.7± mile to tract.
