DESCRIPTION: This 288± acre timber and recreation tract is located in Nacogdoches County 5± miles south of Chireno. The property has access from FM 95 which runs through the west portion of the tract. Approximately 102± acres of the tract is stocked with 33± year old loblolly pine plantation. 170± acres are well-stocked with a 6± year old loblolly pine plantation. The remaining acreage has 6± year old loblolly pine plantation. There is an estimated volume of 2,513± tons of pine and hardwood sawtimber, 1,321± tons of pine chip and saw and 2,238± tons of pine and hardwood pulpwood. The property is located at the north end of Sam Rayburn Reservoir, with Lagroulle Creek running along the northeast corner.

LOCATION: From Hwy. 21 and FM 95 in Chireno, head south 6.8± miles on FM 95 to the tract which is on both sides of the road.
